IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA FX OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: FX's original comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is back for a 6th season, and that can only mean more antics from everyone's favorite bar owners! Step into Paddy's Pub with Mac (Rob McElhenney), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) – all friends working in harmony for a common cause: themselves. Last season saw the gang dabble in failed interventions, the poisoning of frat kids, footwear for kittens, dick towels, and an uncensored Christmas special with a gruesomely-violent claymation sequence. This year the stakes are higher, and so is the definition as we've made the switch to HD! Watch them tackle gay marriage, fight the class war, battle the high seas on a houseboat, bash rats, get repulsed by the McPoyles, deal with a very mysterious pregnancy and much more that you'll simply have to tune in to see. So come September check your conscience at the door and tell the kids to go play outside because it's about to get sunny in Philadelphia all over again. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel and Tom Lofaro. The show is produced by FX Productions.

“Dee Reynolds: Shaping America’s Youth” IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Season 6 Episode 9 Review, Airing 11/11/2010

This week on IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA we finally get to see the film that we have all been waiting for, “Lethal Weapon 5” and let me tell you it commands your full attention. Frank has some pretty sexy scenes! “Dee Reynolds: Shaping America’s Youth” is written by David Hornsby and directed by Matt Shakman.

Dee (Kaitlin Olson) is a substitute teacher, filling in for Dr. Myers while he gets his hip fixed and Charlie (Charlie Day) is still a janitor or “professor” at the school. Charlie takes his job very seriously and even helps get rid of some gently used trash. Dee talks to her students about monologues, favorite plays and field trips. Charlie helps a student in the bathroom and discusses “insane clown people”. Dee and Charlie both visit to the Principal’s (Dave Foley) office to talk about their desires to bathe and travel.

Dennis (Glen Howerton), Frank (Danny DeVito) and Mac (Rob McElhenney) realize that they are missing something and phone in their complaints to someone that really doesn’t care. In their boredom, they chat about their film and put the finishing touches on “Lethal Weapon 5”. Frank wants to make sure the correct features are outlined and Dennis is really confident about his “black voice”. They contemplate whimsical stars, the wee lassie that is Tom Cruise and shoe polish. The boys find an audience to screen “Lethal Weapon 5” and it is magical! The acting, make-up, scenery, costumes, accents, stunt doubles are all classically amazing and Frank’s sexy scenario is monumental. They really should take this one on the road!

Don’t miss the premiere of “Lethal Weapon 5” on IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA” tonight at 10 PM EST only on FX!
