the coveted P18-49 demo promises more suspense, more drama and more action than
ever before. In its fourth season run, BURN NOTICE continues to be one of the most
popular shows on television, with a record-breaking audience of 9.1 million viewers in it
third season finale.BURN NOTICE stars Jeffrey Donovan as Michael Westen, a blacklisted spy who finds himself stranded in sun-soaked Miami. The action-packed season four commenced
with a new counterintelligence expert, Jesse Garcia, played by Coby Bell (“Third

the night with our hot undercover agent are Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar), the beautiful ex-
IRA operative and Michael’s ex-girlfriend; Sam (Bruce Campbell), our favorite washedup
military intelligence muscle; and Michael’s mother (Emmy Award-winner Sharon
Gless), who is one tough cookie herself. This season, we will see Michael and Jesse work together to track down a stolen document containing highly classified government secrets; we’ll watch as Michael meets with Jesse's old handler one last time; see Michael escape a tactical assault team threatening his life and those around him; and even see Michael forced to work side by side with his enemy … all while the team is trying to stay one step ahead and
get one step closer to figuring out the mystery behind Michael’s burn notice. Upcoming
guest stars include Dylan Baker, Jay Karnes, Tim Matheson, Raphael Sbarge, Leo
Fitzpatrick, Alexi Gilmore, Michael Jace, Callie Thorne and Daniel Pino.

Guys”, “Chasing Vermeer”). Mikkel Bondesen (“Catch That Kid”) and Alfredo Barrios
(“Justice”) also serve as executive producers. The series comes from Fox Television
Studios and Fuse Entertainment.

BURN NOTICE “Eyes Open” Fall Season Premiere Episode Review, Airing 11/11/2010

Get ready for your television to explode with the return of BURN NOTICE on Thursday! I have been craving some Thursday night explosions and the second half of season four delivers. “Eyes Open” deals with Michael’s recovery and what the team has to do to stop innocent people from being killed courtesy of a revenge seeking lawyer that has enlisted a “trust fund psycho” to do his bidding.

The last time we were with Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) he was shot by Jesse (Coby Bell) and then in a car wreck, well you know how indestructible he is so I am happy to say that he is back but not without a few boo boos. Actually, he is pretty banged up but with the help of Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar), Sam (Bruce Campbell), Madeline and his desire to help other people he works through the pain. I would have taken the bottle of pain pills but I am not Michael Westen, for I am just a mere mortal. I have lost count of the number of times that Michael has been wounded but he always brushes himself off and comes back for more. Michael has a special visitor in the hospital that he hopes he can count on to help him take down everyone that helped burn him.

The devil appears before Michael and after he is done warning him about the troubles that are brewing he offers him some advice, “Be good”.
Michael is left cleaning up Adam Scott’s (Danny Pino) mess. Adam took it upon himself to seek revenge for his daughter’s kidnapping and the people that he is in cahoots with are not exactly stable. The team is hoping to be up against “model airplane enthusiast” but it doesn’t quite work out that way. Michael has to find some common ground to work with so he can defuse the situation so no more innocent people have to pay the ultimate price.

Michael spends some quality time with his mom (Sharon Gless) discussing the past and what he has done with his life and she gives him the ultimate gift that has been missing in his life since the accident.

I really enjoyed this episode and it’s a great way to get back into spy worthy shape. I also thought it was cute that one of Sam’s trademark sexy shirts almost matched the drapes in one of the homes that they were in. A couple of my favorite lines from this episode are “I can’t go to jail, I’m very thin” and “Sometimes you just have to put the rabid dog down”. Don’t miss the second part of season four of BURN NOTICE premiering Thursday night at 10 PM EST only on USA Network!
