IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA FX OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: FX's original comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is back for a 6th season, and that can only mean more antics from everyone's favorite bar owners! Step into Paddy's Pub with Mac (Rob McElhenney), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) – all friends working in harmony for a common cause: themselves. Last season saw the gang dabble in failed interventions, the poisoning of frat kids, footwear for kittens, dick towels, and an uncensored Christmas special with a gruesomely-violent claymation sequence. This year the stakes are higher, and so is the definition as we've made the switch to HD! Watch them tackle gay marriage, fight the class war, battle the high seas on a houseboat, bash rats, get repulsed by the McPoyles, deal with a very mysterious pregnancy and much more that you'll simply have to tune in to see. So come September check your conscience at the door and tell the kids to go play outside because it's about to get sunny in Philadelphia all over again. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel and Tom Lofaro. The show is produced by FX Productions.
“Who Got Dee Pregnant?” IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Season 6 Seventh Episode Review, Airing 10/28/2010
“Who Got Dee Pregnant?” is the question pondered in this week’s all new IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA. All of the likely and unlikely suspects come about and it turns out that Halloween parties at Paddy’s Pub are responsible for causing rolling “brownouts”. My favorite part of this episode is the return of the McPoyle brothers, particularly Liam McPoyle (Jimmi Simpson). I love Jimmi Simpson and frankly how could you not love Jimmi Simpson! He is by far my favorite returning character on IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA and his roles in “Psych”, “Party Down” and “Date Night” were incredible. There is just something about Jimmi that always makes me smile. Well, he is back and at the Paddy’s Pub Halloween party with his brother Ryan (Nate Mooney) and sister Margaret (Thesy Surface).
The thought of spending a night of amazing adventure in the museum comes to a screeching halt when Dee reveals that she is pregnant and she will not tell them who the father is. The only information that Dee is giving out is that it happened at the Paddy’s Pub Halloween party and they are somehow involved. The gang can’t remember most of what occurred that night because they all “browned out” but they figured that they could pool their memories and come up with one solid lead. I’m sure that will work out really well for them! Some memories should be forgotten about like Frank’s dumpster bun play. I am not going to elaborate on that one so you will have to watch the episode to get all the details and kids don’t try this at home. Good thing the gang has Artemis around to help since she heard everything with her “own two earballs”. The guys also pay a visit the McPoyles to see if they can offer up some assistance in their quest to find out “Who Got Dee Pregnant”. They talk truce, performance value and about a phone call being required. Liam gets overly excited at the possibility of sickness and not flushing. Oh Liam McPoyle what are we going to do with you and your oddness and extremely sexy chest hair?
Tonight’s episode of IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA is full of anticipation, interesting dilemmas and exciting costumes so don’t miss it. Watch IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Thursday nights at 10 PM EST only on FX!
