IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA FX OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: FX's original comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is back for a 6th season, and that can only mean more antics from everyone's favorite bar owners! Step into Paddy's Pub with Mac (Rob McElhenney), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) – all friends working in harmony for a common cause: themselves. Last season saw the gang dabble in failed interventions, the poisoning of frat kids, footwear for kittens, dick towels, and an uncensored Christmas special with a gruesomely-violent claymation sequence. This year the stakes are higher, and so is the definition as we've made the switch to HD! Watch them tackle gay marriage, fight the class war, battle the high seas on a houseboat, bash rats, get repulsed by the McPoyles, deal with a very mysterious pregnancy and much more that you'll simply have to tune in to see. So come September check your conscience at the door and tell the kids to go play outside because it's about to get sunny in Philadelphia all over again. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel and Tom Lofaro. The show is produced by FX Productions.

“THE GANG BUYS A BOAT” IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Season 6 Third Episode Review, Airing 9/30/2010

Now that everyone is back to their undomesticated glory, get ready to go on a sea voyage when “The Gang Buys a Boat”. IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA takes us into shark infested territory with this week’s tale of mythical delight. Business has been good so “the need for speed” can be satisfied with the purchase of a party vessel. Of course, work needs to be done to get the boat in proper party form. The boat has a very exciting name but you will have to watch tomorrow night to find that out.

Frank (Danny DeVito) can’t wait for all the “shrimp crawling” and to treat everyone to endangered catfish dinners. Charlie (Charlie Day) has another appetizer in mind. Dee (Kaitlin Olson) discovers that she can learn so much more from the proper dance instructor. The gang may be privy to evidence of a “horse massacre”.

I never really thought of him this way but Dennis (Glenn Howerton) is super creepy in this episode. I may have to take back his title as the sexiest cast member because he was just throwing around way too many “implications” for me. Oh who am I kidding, he is still sexy, just in an “implication of danger” kind of way! He will get his when he goes foraging for “tasty treats” with fellow men of the sea.

Don Swayze guest stars as Ray in this chilling tale of barnacles and seaside fun. You don’t want to miss this episode of “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia” because it features “some sort of monster”, dangerous implications, dancing, “tasty treats”, scuba, a soundtrack courtesy of Steve Winwood and it doesn’t get any hotter than this ending! Watch IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Thursday night at 10 PM EST only on FX!
