IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA FX OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: FX's original comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is back for a 6th season, and that can only mean more antics from everyone's favorite bar owners! Step into Paddy's Pub with Mac (Rob McElhenney), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) – all friends working in harmony for a common cause: themselves. Last season saw the gang dabble in failed interventions, the poisoning of frat kids, footwear for kittens, dick towels, and an uncensored Christmas special with a gruesomely-violent claymation sequence. This year the stakes are higher, and so is the definition as we've made the switch to HD! Watch them tackle gay marriage, fight the class war, battle the high seas on a houseboat, bash rats, get repulsed by the McPoyles, deal with a very mysterious pregnancy and much more that you'll simply have to tune in to see. So come September check your conscience at the door and tell the kids to go play outside because it's about to get sunny in Philadelphia all over again. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel and Tom Lofaro. The show is produced by FX Productions.
“MAC AND CHARLIE: WHITE TRASH” IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Season 6 Fourth Episode Review, Airing 10/14/2010
The gang classes it up in this week’s episode of IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA entitled, “Mac and Charlie: White Trash.” Will Mac and Charlie take it too far when things are “at capacity”? If you answered yes then you are correct but you will be happy to know that Dee, Frank and Dennis also join in on the fun.
If you thought members only was just the name of the ultimate jacket line then you were wrong because it also describes the unfair practices of the local country club. Is it fair to require sponsorship for a bit of chill time? Mac (Rob McElhenney) and Charlie (Charlie Day) present their solution to the problem but Frank (Danny DeVito) disagrees. Dee (Kaitlin Olson) and Dennis (Glenn Howerton) were born “upper class”, so they don’t know the difficulties that Mac and Charlie go through, or do they?
Dee and Dennis discuss “token” guests and Dee demonstrates her gift of nostril flair. They give in and visit the zoo where Frank finds that he can barter his way to dryness. Frank can have fun almost anywhere and he even makes the most out of a buttered melon.
Mac and Charlie talk karate, back flips and what food will get them to where they need to be. White trash attire, burner phones and the remembrance of a friend, voodoo style are all represented in this episode. In the end, Dennis gets taken out and the gang beats the heat Philly style. Watch IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA Thursday nights only on FX!
