SONS OF ANARCHY FX OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: FX's original series, Sons of Anarchy, is an adrenalized drama with darkly comedic undertones that explores a notorious outlaw motorcycle club's (MC) desire to protect its livelihood while ensuring that their simple, sheltered town of Charming, California remains exactly that, Charming. The MC must confront threats from drug dealers, corporate developers, and overzealous law officers. Behind the MC's familial lifestyle and legally thriving automotive shop is a ruthless and illegally thriving arms business. The seduction of money, power, and blood. Jackson ‘Jax' Teller (Charlie Hunnam) is the MC's vice-president who is tested by his growing apprehension for its lawlessness, Gemma Teller Morrow (Katey Sagal) is Jax's force-of-nature mother, and Clarence ‘Clay' Morrow (Ron Perlman) is Jax's stepfather and MC president. The triangle of Mother, Son, and Stepfather will ultimately reveal the dark secrets in this family's past and the lengths they will go to protect their sins. This season begins with SAMCRO feeling powerless over Abel's kidnapping, especially Jax, whose grief sends him into deeper turmoil over his future with the club. The search for Abel sends our guys to Ireland, where Jax faces not only the Irish Republican Army, but an untold personal history as well. Meanwhile, still on the lam, Gemma is hit with some unexpected news and risks her freedom to deal with it.

“THE PUSH” SONS OF ANARCHY Season 3 Episode Review, Airing 10/12/2010

“The Push” offers up one of the best endings of SONS OF ANARCHY so far this season. It features something that I know you fine people have been waiting for all season long. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! “The Push” was written by Chris Collins and Julie Bush and was directed by Stephen Kay.

Clay (Ron Perlman) pushes Jax (Charlie Hunnam) towards a road that he does not want to go down but it is inevitable. SAMCRO takes a vote on new members and prospects and it ends with some brews and “a lot of shit to clean up.” Jax and Agent Stahl (Ally Walker) discuss what needs to be done and the statement that will help set it all in motion is given. Gemma (Katey Sagal) gives a detailed account of what went on the day Abel was taken. Clay tries to find some comfort in Chief Wayne (Dayton Callie) dealing with all the events that have led to the present situation of the relationship between SAMCRO and Charming.

SAMCRO has to protect their territory and deal with what was done to Juice (Theo Rossi) last week. They must find ways to procure enough funds to make it to Belfast. In order to keep things from getting “lost in transit” differences have to be settled.

Tara (Maggie Siff) and Jax are faced with yet another uncomfortable situation that is only heightened by a bit of bad luck and backwards thinking. When will it get easier for this power couple? Their relationship has been filled with nothing but heartache for far too long.

Chucky (Michael Ornstein) offers his assistance and oh how I love plans that involve Chucky! Will Tig (Kim Coates) and Kozik (Kenny Johnson) be able to put their differences aside for a mere moment to get a job done? We also find out this week that nothing comes between Jacob Hale Jr. (Jeff Kober) and his pie when he delivers one of my favorite lines from this episode.

“The Push” ends beautifully and you do not want to miss it! I really love this series and every season continues to push the limits of what you thought was possible, so don’t miss an episode! SONS OF ANARCHY Tuesday nights at 10 PM EST on FX!
